Permit Documents

Permit drawings focus on the information that is required by cities in order to receive a building permit. Trailhead Architecture can apply for the building permit on your behalf to work with the cities to resolve any issues during their review, expediting the process.

Schematic Design

During the Schematic Design process we explore project goals, challenges, design iterations and a basic design concept that informs the next phases of design.

Design Development and Construction Documents

After Schematic Design we focus on all of the details and coordination that must occur for a comprehensive drawing set. This phase includes things like exterior finishes, size of footings, light switch locations, window performance requirements-- all of the "nitty gritty". The complexity of the drawing set and design scope varies by project.
